Sefermark LLC ("Sefermark," "we," "us," or "our") provides data engineering tools and Snowflake Native Applications. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website and our products listed on the Snowflake Marketplace.
We are committed to handling data responsibly. Our Native Applications are designed to run entirely within your own Snowflake account — your data stays in your environment and is not transmitted to or stored by Sefermark.
Website visitors. When you visit sefermark.com, we may collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps) for security and analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising networks.
Contact inquiries. If you contact us by email, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message — solely to respond to your inquiry.
Snowflake Native Applications. Our Native Apps run natively inside your Snowflake account. We do not have access to, and do not collect, any data you process through our applications. All computation occurs within your Snowflake environment under your governance policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain contact inquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your request. Server log data is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our possession. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. For data processed through our Snowflake Native Applications, the security of that data is governed by your Snowflake account configuration and Snowflake's own security practices.
Our website uses Google Fonts (served from Google's CDN) and MapLibre GL with OpenFreeMap tiles for the interactive map demo. These services may collect standard browser telemetry subject to their own privacy policies. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics platforms, or tracking pixels.
Our products are distributed via the Snowflake Marketplace. Use of the Snowflake Marketplace is subject to Snowflake's Privacy Policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
